Safety

If you are in danger right now

Call 911. That reaches emergency services directly, not Diamond Cab, and it is the fastest help available to you. Tell us afterwards using the form below.

Report something unsafe

This goes to our safety team. Tell us as much as you remember — the more specific you can be, the more we can do about it.

Before you get in

  • Check the cab number and the driver against what the app shows you. If they do not match, do not get in — report it instead.
  • Share your trip from the ride page so someone you trust can follow you.
  • Sit where you are comfortable, and ask the driver to stop somewhere public if you want to get out.

For anything that is not about safety, go to help.
